As we focus on keeping our people, guests, and community safe, we’re taking extra measures at our studio such as limiting the number of people being present at any given time, which may cause some delays.
Shipping times reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of the order date. Standard shipping will take 2-6 business days. Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee priority deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
